Unable to access the default MAPI user mailbox(INBOX).

On APM 2.5 I still haven't been able to get a properly working MAPI monitor working. The error I'm currently fighting is..

Testing on node <HOSTNAME>: failed with 'NotAvailable' status

Any idea what the issue might be?

Turn on Debug Logging and run the test again so we can get more details. The upload a diagnostics so we can look at the logfile and see what the issue is.

To turn on debug logging:

Edit <Program Files>\SolarWinds\Orion\APM\SolarWinds.APM.Probes.dll.config in notepad
Search for "<root>". The next line should be "<level value="INFO" />"
Change the value from INFO to DEBUG: <level value="DEBUG" />
Save the file. APM should notice the change and reload the log configuration.

You can turn logging back off after you run the test.

It looks like we are having issues opening the MAPI Message Store specified in the APM profile.

Are we sure the credentials are correct - they should be for a valid user on the Orion Server AND the exchange account on the exchange server.
Let's try using a new profile:
1. Open C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\APM\SolarWinds.APM.Probes.dll.config in notepad.
2. Look for "MAPI.ProfileName". Change APMTEST to APMTEST2
3. Save.
4. Retry the component test.

Sorry it took me so long to respond. I've been on vacation. I tried what you suggested and I'm still receiving the same error. Any other suggestions?
