View Specific Group Member Node That Causes A Warning State

Question

Good day. We currently have multiple node groups inside our NPM 12.2 setup. We regularly receive emails about groups being in a Warning state. I'd like to have those emails outline which node(s) belonging to the group caused the warning and maybe why it's caused it. Is that possible?

Above is an example. I'd like to edit the email action to include the name of the node leading to the Warning, Critical or Down state.
