95th Percentile report on Internet Traffic for an IP Address Group

I am trying to create a 95th percentile report for historical traffic for the previous month for a specific subnet. We have 15 subnets in our organization and I have created the IP Address Groups, but I can't seem to create this report.

If you're open to it, this is possible if you're using custom node properties.

I am wanting to use NetFlow. Is there a way to combine a historical traffic report with a historical netflow report?

It's most likely possible, depending on your needs of the report. What kind of information would you expect from such a combined report?

I am expecting to get a report giving me the 95% WAN traffic rates by IP Group. I would like the report to list the IP Group and the 95% Received bps and 95 Trasmit bps. I might be making this harder than it really is.
