How do I fix this problem?

Whenever I try to change the font network atlas says it needs to close and to contact support. It gives me a big red envelope looking X and then crashes basically. Also what number do I call?

You can solve this problem by removing Windows Update KB3078601 Microsoft Graphics Component Could Allow Remote Code Execution

1.So go to Control Panel >> Programs and Features >> View Installed updates

2.Search for the update and Uninstall it

3.Reboot the server

This is an issue with Windows Update so I can apply to various NPM versions.

I haven't seen that issue before. You can contact Solarwinds Support at 866.530.8040, Option 3.

IF NOT .

from following location .

C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\NetworkAtlas

Please send open NetworkAtlas.log

scroll to the End and send the Error and more lines before the Error.
