Question SQL Insight

Greetings!

One of our DBA's asked if the AppInsight for SQL is able to monitor to determine when there an database that is being blocked by an user. I've been trying to find out about this information so far no luck on it. Is it able to do so?

AppInsight for SQL does provide viability into such things as the number of locks/blocks/deadlocks occurring on a per-database basis, or across the entire SQL server as a whole.
