I have had no end of problems since upgrading to 12.4. I want to downgrade back to 12.3. Can I just install 12.3 on top of my existing installation?
I would think its unlikely unless you also have a Database back up to restore. The schema version is different.
What type of issue are you having with 12.4?

I have the following cases open with issues after upgrading to 12.4.2. Unfortunately, I don’t have a DB backup from 12.3
