discussion: which Windows OS processes do you find important to monitor?

just curious, but which Windows OS processes do you find important to monitor (like LSASS or CSRSS)?

that is, other than other specialized processes based on products (SQL) or special-applications.

i'm curious which OS processes tend to be CPU or Memory hogs, especially during business hours. or it may be worthless to include these in monitoring.

This is a great question!  Many templates have over 20 processes monitored, but most are fairly useless.  Surely after 7 months of this question being posted someone has a list of "Must Monitor" processes.

What are the critical vital few for IIS, SQL, Citrix, etc??
