Hi All,

All of a sudden I seem to be getting the below error, before i would just fiddle here adn there and then i would go but now it is persistant. (this only happens when i reboot the server)

I have looked everywhere for help, I have even followed http://knowledgebase.solarwinds.com/kb/questions/1175/I+am+receiving+errors+in+the+Orion+Web+Console with no luck.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Are all your services running?  Typically this is indicative of a service not running.  Worst case, open a support ticket to look into deeper.
