I'm having trouble getting the hardware health monitor to work on our Cisco devices. Right now every Cisco device displays the status message below. Anybody know what's up?

This could be known integration issue between NPM 10.4 and SAM 5.0. Please open support case, attach diagnostics and give me the ticket number.

it would help us, when you write, which Cisco devices you use. Also, which sensors have been detected by NPM (fans, temperature, etc.).

We use a wide range of Cisco products. 2960/3560/3750/4500/6500 series switches, 7600/2900/2800/800 series routers and it doesn't seem to pick picking up any sensors. When you go to a Cisco node and 'List Resources' it picks up the Hardware Health monitor as a selectable resource for Cisco products that Orion supports hardware monitoring on. However after adding the resource, it doesn't pick up any sensors. Here's a screenshot of the Hardware Health Overview resource. All of the devices in that Other category are Cisco devices.
Do you have also SAM (APM) installed, which version?
Yes. We're running SAM 5.0.1.
