customize map tooltip variable ${RollupType}

Hi,

I am trying to customize map tooltip variable ${RollupType} in order to report group status as the worst status of any of its members.

I have read in the guide "SolarWinds Network Atlas Administrator Guide " that 1 = Worst (see attached screenshot for details), but is not clear how to set this value in the map tooltip.

Maybe someone could provide me more details about configuration syntax?

The map tooltip is pulling that value from the Manage groups page

thank you for reply, but I wasn't clear. I don't have an object in the map, but I have another nested map. As you can see in the picture, I am monitoring map status, not object status as in your picture.

As you can see, more object inside the map are down, but the status of map is in warning. Maybe because the rollup mode is mixed for default.

I would like to have status down even only one object in the map is down.

The guide says to configure ${RollupType} tooltip variable = 1 customizing map tooltip. But is not clear the syntax of configuration and which of following entity type I have to configure:

Hi,

Macros are only for displaying values, not for setting values.

You need to go to Web Console Settings and set STATUS ROLLUP MODE to Show Worst Status.
