Unable to change SFTP/SCP configuration

When trying to change anything in the SFTP/SCP Server Settings, I am getting the following error:

I have verified that my user account is a member of the Local Admins group, but I am still unable to edit anything

I have found that in order to be able to change anything, you have to run the program as administrator.
