Distinguishing Up Events for email

We currently get emails if an app has gone critical for 3 polls in a row (5 minutes between each so for 15 minutes) as well as as soon as an app is detected to be down. When each condition goes away we get an email for the UP condition. Is there a way to stop the UP email if it is coming after a critical condition email but stilll get the UP email after an app has been down? Thanks, Bill

Hi,

You probably need to setup 2 alerts...1 for the Critical status and another for the Down.

Could you post how look like your current alert? (Trigger and Reset conditions).
