I have installed NCM 2019.v4 and I have added several Cisco switches to NCM. I was able to access the switch on NCM using the credentials I provided but i was not able to download or edit any scripts. I enabled Read/Write SNMP on the switches. I have also used the enable password while configuring NCM to access the enable mode on the switches. The is no issues with the passwords entered as i double checked them.
