Within Solar Winds, Is there an application/feature that allows "Free-flow Comments"? If I just want to document an issue that happened and have comments associated with that issue...
Example, Within NPM and Connection fail... Is there a way to place comments in whatever tool we are using to monitor that connection and the comment would be associated with the issue? NPM was just an example but a type of Incident Management without purchasing Incident management Software... Inputs would be greatly appreciated...
