SAM 6.6 - HPE Gen10 - No way to monitor HW, Interfaces not showing even with WMI

Hi,

New to this forum but not from SW.

We are migrating to SAM 6.6 because our SAM 6.4 box died.

We got a bunch of HPE Gen10 but we have the following issues:

SNMP to ILO: does not give us Windows information.

SNMP to WIndows (enabling the SMA): gives lot of data, but not what we need (Interfaces, Updates, etc.).

WMI to Windows: no hardware, but at least all Windows data. However, network interfaces does not show.

We updated the latest firmware and latest patch to SW but no joy. I already opened a case with them.

can u paste a screenshot of any 1 device with the issues u are mentioning?
