Anyone know if it is at all possible to embed simple survey (yes/no) options in a Survey Email? Wanting to get simple feedback from clients without making them click a link that opens a browser.
You could potentially add a custom field to the ticket(s) that prompts for yes/no feedback. I don't know of a way to embed the survey directly into an email.
You may be onto something, but would the field be editable from an email?
No, unfortunately, they would have to go into the ticket in WHD.
