How do I make a change so a user / client can add their telephone number to the initial request. Thanks
1. Go to setup
2. Click on Tickets
3. Ticket Custom Fields
4. Click on New at the bottom
5. In the label field you can name it Phone Number, select the type of field you want it to be, and the width of the field, you can leave it as editable so the clients can add the phone number.
6. Click on Save
7. After its saved, the request types will appear, if you click on Edit then a dialog box appears and select the types you want to associate it to or Select All. Click on Done.
8. Lastly, make sure it appears in the clients view of the ticket.

You can add a custom field to the ticket where they can enter their phone number and then associate it the type of ticket request, if you want too.
