Is it possible to grab specific text within the subject or body of an email generated WebHD ticket and place it in a specific field with in the ticket maybe using an Action Rule? So as example, if in the body of the email they enter Supervisor: Mary Smith, I would like to be able to grab
"Mary Smith" and maybe change the client to her or something. Right now I only see how an email generated ticket accepts the whole text of the Subject and Body and puts those in the Subject and Request Detail in the ticket. New to WebHD so not that familiar if there are ways to use Email templates to do some more advanced stuff.
