Help - Enabling Clients To Log In To Web Help Desk Without A Password

Hi,

ive followed the guide below on how to enable client logins without passwords ( i will be pushing an application that forces the logged on user into the ?username="")

the only way i have managed to get this to work is by modifying .10 instead of .9 as the guide states however now a user cannot logoff any one get any clues has how to fix this?

Where is your user logging off too?  We have the log off page sent to out intranet page so that the user does not end up back in the system.
