how do I edit "" or other 'wildcard' in the email templates

In email templates - how do I edit the <login_url>. Currently it points to my server name - which is not accessible 'outside the network'. I would like to have the link be an operational link {support.servername.com}.

Go to "Setup, general, options" and change the server DNS name as this determines all links back to Web Help Desk
