We pass around tickets a lot and several people might work on the same one. Can I run a report or query that adds up the cumulative time spent on all tickets per day by technician?
From the looks of it setting up the report this way should work. I believe it's pulling the time that each tech was assigned on a ticket and the ticket was open. So it should show then how long each tech was working on a ticket. Hope this helps!
