Is it possible to make the Time Worked field a Requirement when adding notes to a ticket?
No, that's not an option.
kellytice thanks for the quick response. From a workflow perspective do you see any issues it would cause if such a feature were to be implemented? I don't want to submit a feature request if there is something obvious I am missing that it might break.
Not that i can think of - as long as it is an optional setting i would think it would be a fine setting to have in the product.
