NCM 7.2 - still confusing "User Level Login" configuration/process

We want to have every NCM GUI User to login to devices with their individual TACACS/Radius User.

So I changed the mode from "Device based" to "User based" authentication for all NCM managed devices.

Next I created Individual User Credentials for my Admin privileged Web UI User (Admin) in Menu: "NCM Settings" > "Manage User Level Login Credentials" - so far so good.

But how could I now change the credentials for all other Web UI Users when this dialogue ("NCM Settings" > "Manage User Level Login Credentials") is not available for non privileged users?

Is it really the solution to make everyone NCM Admin, then set User Level Login Creds and finally make them non privileged again??? (Like it was previously in the NCM Server App)

Thanks in advance for any hints, also nothing to find in the Admin Guide...

If I'm not wrong, each user must fill credentials for his own account.

You don't need to give privilege access for each user.
