What process was you running at the time of the error? Was it during a save or action rule?

Just interested to know if I might have the same problem..

It seems to be random. Could happen when changing the status of the ticket or saving a note, changing location, etc. Going to try a reinstall over it self to try and fix it.

I had the same thing happen. I reached out to support and they knew right away that the version of tomcat in this release has an issue. They sent me instructions to update to the latest version (easy) and it's working like a charm now. Reach out to support to confirm it's the same thing, I'm sure it is. Very random...
