FAQ Error Unauthorized Request

Hi all our clients get an "Error Unauthorized Request. We're sorry you are not allowed to view this FAQ" message when trying to view newly created FAQs. Old FAQs open ok. The new FAQs have Audience set to Everyone

Looks like it is a known issue at least in 12.7.1 with a work-around listed-

Client cannot view FAQs configured for a specific category

Issue: When a Tech creates an FAQ and selects Specific for any category, a Client cannot view the FAQ.

Work-around: Change all FAQ selections to All and Everyone.

I don't see it mentioned in 12.7.2 release notes as fixed or a known issue, so not sure where it sits related to that.
