Looking to see if there is a way to email a tech automatically when a ticket is closed. This would only be for a specific tech group. I found that I can create a custom action to modify the ticket to email, but, after testing it only checks off that option and doesn't actually email them. There is also a "send email" option, but that is very limited where you cannot see all the ticket details. Please let me know if there are any ideas out there or an option that I might be over looking.
