Local Admin Deactivated

Hello Experts,

I'm new in WHD, I've installed and configured everything, but in a mistake the local admin account deactivated, how can I reset it?

it's only account I have and when press forgotten password and submit the email account, the reset request not coming to my inbox..

Did you happen to create any other accounts that have admin privileges? If so I would login to that account and then reactivate the local admin. If not you may have to go in and reconfigure WHD from scratch sad to say.

You can access the DB directly and set inactive to 0 on that admin account to make it active again. It will be located under the tech table in the DB. If you deleted it instead of setting it as inactive, you can set deleted to 0 as a solution for that. Depending on your licensing, if you are not a trial setup, you may need deactivate another account before re-activating the admin account.
