WHD 12.7.1 - Arabic fonts not displaying correctly when exporting tickets to TSV

Hi Guys,

Is anyone else having this issue? And do you know how we can fix this?

When downloading the tickets to a tsv file, the arabic fonts will show as "Ø­Ø§Ø³Ø¨ Ø§Ù„Ø­Ø§Ù‚ÙŠ"

Importing them to excel > UTF-8 breaks the ticket format so that is also not an option.

I also added the Arabic language pack to our O365 (suggested by SW support) and that still did not help.

This was working on WHD version 12.5.0, 12.5.2, 12.6

I am pretty sure this is not an excel issue.
