Dear all..
I started finding solution for "Closing parent when all the child tickets are closed". Along the way I tried to find any variables which connects dots between child to parent but no go.
So Below scenario was tried, where you place an order on each child tickets and assign billing and costing and rates and generate invoices from the ticket. So, Idea was to generate invoices in the child and the corresponding costs to be reflected in the parent.
Like below.
Billing and costing in the children and the note is reflected in the parent but not the costs itself.
