My Tickets does not show all the tickets unless I click on search. Please help!!!
I mean, when new tickets are created it should appear in the tech groups automatically when the refresh is set to 5 mins if I understand correctly.. But that is not happening. Every time a tech "logs in" he needs to click search at the start of the day and also click search to populate new tickets. Am I missing something??? Please guide me.
