Accessing restValue in a Ticket's custom field

I'm trying to find the proper qualifier that would allow me to view a ticket with a specific restValue in a custom field. We have a "Computer Number" custom field that allows us to dial in on a specific users computer based on the # we've assigned to them. The custom field definitionId is 11 for "Computer Number", how do I access the restValue of that custom field - what would its qualifier be? I've tried the following with no success...
