I downloaded the trial version of the web help desk and tried setting up the web console. It requested for Web Help desk address. Am i to create a new email address for it?
Can someone walk me through how to set up the mail servers to enable me create and send ticket requests, send links to clients and techs to set up their account. Kindly assist please.
Am using the trial/evalution version for now.
