Passwords in Config Change Template

So I am trying to use the Config Change Template scripts to automate downloading of IOS images to routers\switches. I have a script that is accurately compiling a script from all user inputs into a complete archive command but NCM doesn't appear to react well to a secondary prompt. After the archive command is issued, getting it to properly supply a password has been something I have been unable to figure out. Has anyone found out a way to do something similar to this?

I have a similar question I started as well about the iOS scripting. Just today I linked up with #ChetCamlin, the SolarWinds third party training vendor, and he explained to test the scripting from the physical server tool prior to implementing into the manual scripts section of the browser application. We got a transfer to work with two prompts, destination filename and password. I am still testing on how to generate a config change template out of this, but it appears this is the final step in a line of iOS scripting.
