Can anyone share a good template for Request Types? An example from solarwinds video (see below) is too complex for my work.
Here is ours. I didn't go into the drop downs much as it would be systems/applications specific to our company. Needless to say, it can go several layers deep. One of the best things we implement was the Change Management - that has been great for SOX audits.
Would you mind sharing additional layers of the Change Management request types? If you cannot share it on a public post, perhaps you can message it to me please?
I'll use it as a reference only for building our request type template.
