"Run Task" Action missing from Action Rules

I am new to WHD; running 12.4.2. I am trying to create a simple new hire task. I create an action rule following this guide: Create an action rule to run a task - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support

But I don't see "run task" as an option in the actions list; only the following:

Is this a bug?

I didn't have any tasks marked as "Shared". Once I checked that, it works great.

Thanks for sharing this, I was having this same issue and if I had not found your post I would have ended up calling support.
