I am curios what other users are seeing for DHCP User Experience Monitor for Windows response time. I am seeing anywhere between 35ms & 85ms. That seems very high. The DHCP and SAM are on the same subnet in the same physical data center.
A Wireshark capture will include timing information from the initial request to the final offer. This number should be fairly close to the value shown by SAM"s DHCP User Experience Monitor.
