I tried

https://Sitename/helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa/ra/Tickets?apiKey=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

but I received this warning

The website declined to show this webpage

does it mean that my API key is not authorized to get all tickets?
