Hello. Is there a way to change where the FAQ island in the Client View appears? Right now, if an employee is using a wide monitor, the FAQ box is located to the very right of the screen, with a large gap between the Request Type dropdown and the FAQ box. It does not catch the user's attention and gets overlooked. I am trying to make the font size of the FAQ's larger to see if that catches any attention, but the location of the FAQ box would be extremely helpful if it was located closer to the request type dropdown when an employee opens a ticket.
