Are you using your own Java version with WHD, rather than default shipped with WHD? Why? What are different reasons for you to not using default Java?
We are using the default integrated version of Java on Windows Server 08 R2. We have no reason to point the system to our own Java install.

It seems to be related to SSL V3/TLS support for people running versions of WHD prior to 12.2, seems to mostly be people running 11.2 or 12.0. They want to install Java 7 to get that functionally. May not have a current support contract or be in a larger company with slower testing and adaptation policy.
