Custom Field - Multiple choice Type

When creating a custom field in web help desk for a multiple choice type.

when un selecting a few multiple choice values and selecting save - the system does not recognize the save and still shows the boxes selected.

Is this an ongoing system issue?? is my custom field not configured correctly.

Help and Support ) You many want to take a look. One of the fixes is “Custom Fields now save data in all situations” it seems likely this could be your issue. if you are already on 12.6.0 HF 1 or running an 12.5.X or 12.4.X build you should open a support ticket for further assistance.
