E-mail template (format)

Question

Is there any way to customize the outgoing e-mail format?

I am coming from Spiceworks and used to something like this - Help Desk Email Templates - Spiceworks​ I am wanting to customize the 'look and feel' of the e-mail message.

Attached is an example of our current format.

Thanks in advance for any input/guidance you can offer.

perhaps not that level, but it is HTML based and customizable from that perspective but can't get pics/images in there.

You do get some customization in Setup --> Email --> Templates but I do not think its anywhere near the level that you show in your screenshot.
