Can't find a tech permission to change Work Schedule

Is there a way to allow Techs to change their work schedule? Or is there a reason why only Admins can see and change the work schedule?

As far as I know, the only way to change it is in the actual admin panel under Techs. There is no option to change your own in your personal settings.

You can however change your own vacation status and there is a tech permission for that.
