I have enabled the alert with sound play but I can't hear the sound , how can hear it ? please note I have enable also alert sound in account management
You need to download and install the Desktop Notification Tool in order for sounds to be enabled. There are some good instructions from yaquaholic in this Thwack post: Specific Audio Alerting
