Dameware Remote Support

I installed Dameware Remote Support client version on our machines. Is there an option for it to work if the Central Server is offline? it is easier to license my clients via the DM server than standalone.We are on a close network.

The server is how we authenticate the license for that user logging in is valid and good, so not possible. How often would the central server be offline?
