How do I add a "Ticket Custom Field" to the New Ticket form.

I can create Ticket Custom Fields but they are not showing in the New Ticket form. How to I control/edit the New Ticket form?

Never mind. I added the custom fields in the Column display and they are showing up in the tickets. I'm not sure if there is any relationship there but that was the order that I made the changes.
