We are updating our ADFS from vers 2 to version 4 and have to recreate the SSO between Web Help Desk 12.6 and our new server.
I've tried the configuration instructions in help but get Insecure connection while testing.
Are there updated instructions that describe SSO configuration with ADFS ver 4?
