When you have a ticket open with sub-task, is there a way to not include the sub-task in the Open ticket number?
We have a ticket ie.. set up a computer, it has 20 subtask below it. For each ticket to set up a computer would be 21 "tickets".
Is there a way to suppress the 20 and only show it as 1 open ticket?
