I'm having an issue with not receiving tickets as they come in. I am using Chrome as my browser, Refresh rate is set to one minute. Seems to be a session issue that has been reoccurring for me . Any ideas would be great, Thanks

I ended up putting a ticket in with Solarwinds. The issue is still there no matter what browser I use. I was very impressed how fast their response time was. I just hope they can figure it out so I don't have to keep logging out to receive new tickets.
