I would like to add a section to start a remote session with a customer from within the ticket view, can anyone direct me the html document for this resource? I have been going through the files and can't locate this one to edit.
Figured it out
In case anyone is interested the file is located @ /usr/local/webhelpdesk/bin/webapps/helpdesk/WEB-INF/Helpdesk.woa/Contents/Resources/JobDetails.wo under CentOS, this is just a dirty mod at this point but screenshot is below.
