Work Time Reporting

I have created a report and despite trying everything, I cannot get it to pull work time for specific techs over a specified period of time. I have set it up as follows:

I have also tried it as a ticket report, I have tried different time ranges but I get 0.00 in the report even though tickets have time logged on them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was actually able to finally figure it out.

I wish there was a way to get the ticket details in the report as well but I can manually figure that out with the link to the tickets and go from there.
